To tak w skrócie, żeby nie zaśmiecać wątku. Co do diety, to tak, dokaldnie, coś w stylu CBL leci + takie mini IF. Wstaje o 5:30 i biegam minimum 4km, przed bieganiem jakiś spalacz na joszce leci. Pierwszy posiłek jem dopiero około 11, więc mam tak około 13-14h postu. Drugi posiłek około 14. Obydwa posiłki to B + T + fchooj warzyw. Trening godz 17, [...]

Sesja się skończyła więc zdążę przed końcem stycznia :-) Nie wiem czy moje danie się nadaje, bo z racji tego, że jestem na IF mój pierwszy posiłek w ciągu dnia bardziej przypomina obiad, niż śniadanie.
